One of my first months as a full-time self-employed entrepreneur! Check out my September budget plan via @shoeaholicnomoreYay September! I’m super excited that it’s September already as, in my mind, it marks the beginning of Fall, which is my favorite season.

I started my fall capsule wardrobe one day early on August 31 because I just couldn’t wait any longer and it’s been fun to wear real clothes, but still be dressed much more casually then when I worked in an office.

Last night I also decorated my house for Fall by putting out my door wreath, pumpkins on the mantel in my living room, and putting out my Fall floral centerpiece in the dining room.

Here are someΒ pictures:

I’m also really looking forward to FinCon which I leave for in exactly 2 weeks!! I hope it lives up to my high expectations, because I can’t wait to meet everyone, do some networking for my business, learn a lot, and have fun too!

The only bad thing about September is my huge budget for the month. I have several things going on that only happen once/year and since I’ve never saved up for them throughout the year I now have to compensate for them in this month’s budget. Whomp, whomp! This also means that my first month of relying entirely on my freelancing income is going to be a tough one!

Here is my September budget plan:

CategoryMonthly Total
Saving$20.00
Mortgage$852.13
City Bill$115.81
Gas Bill$15.99
Cable$24.63
Internet$51.93
Phone$103.32
Fuel$50.00
Auto Insurance$101.61
Cleaning$90.00
Cash Spending$220.00
Dentist and Eye Doctor$300.00
Debt$779.50
TOTAL$2,724.92
Business Income Required$2,725.00
Difference$0.08

Yikes! That’s a big budget. Last month was the largest budget I ever put together, until this month. πŸ™

At least with my self-employment debt plan, I can always cut out my extra payments (from my snowball), which would reduce my monthly budget requirement by about $270.00.

How does your September budget look? Are you excited for fall?
